Many modern-day holistic therapies are deeply rooted in the ancient Ayurvedic healing system which was first practiced over 4000 years ago and is thought to be the oldest healing system in the world.

The Ayurvedic philosophy of promoting healing and optimum health is based on natural remedies, diet, lifestyle adjustments and personalised health and wellbeing plans based on an individuals unique constitution. I draw on over 30 years experience in health and social care and hold professional qualifications in Social work and mental Health. My coaching and Holistic Therapies Qualifications include Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching and Therapist, mental Health and Wellbeing coaching, Calm and Relax Coaching, Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, Reiki Master, Auricular Acupuncture and Hot Stone Therapy.
